1    AN ACT concerning land.
 
2    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
 
4    Section 5. "An Act concerning land", approved June 28,
52011, Public Act 97-27, is amended by changing Section 15 as
6follows:
 
7    (P.A. 97-27, Sec. 15)
8    Sec. 15. Upon the payment of the sum of $2,700 to the State
9of Illinois, and subject to the conditions set forth in Section
10900 of this Act, the Secretary of the Department of
11Transportation is authorized to convey by quitclaim deed all
12right, title and interest in and to the following described
13land in Montgomery County, Illinois, to the Ariston Cafe Inc.
 
14Parcel No. 675X345:
 
15    A part of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section
16    32, Township 9 North, Range 5 West of the Third Principal
17    Meridian and a part of Lots 8 and 9 in Block 8 of Sunset
18    Park Subdivision to Litchfield, all in Montgomery County,
19    Illinois, described as follows:
20    Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Lot 7 in Block 8
21    of Sunset Park Subdivision; thence along the easterly

2    known as U.S. Route 66) on a curve to the left having a

6    beginning; thence continuing along said easterly right of
7    way on said curve having a radius of 14,215.42 feet, an arc
8    distance of 131.25 feet to a point being 125.00 feet left
9    of Station 686+80.10; thence North 88 degrees 59 minutes 51
10    seconds West, 50.00 feet to a point being 75.00 feet left
11    of Station 686+80.20; thence along a curve to the right
12    having a radius of 14,265.42, an arc distance of 131.71

14    thence South 88 degrees 28 minutes 06 seconds East, 49.74
15    feet to the Point point of Beginning beginning, containing
16    0.151 acre, more or less.
17    A permanent easement reserving from the above described
18    tract, the east 20 feet thereof, for a permanent drainage
19    easement.

21    Section 10. Upon the payment of the sum of $7,000 to the
22State of Illinois, and subject to the conditions set forth in
23Section 900 of this Act, all rights or easement of access,
24crossing light, air, or view for highway purposes acquired by

6    Northeast Quarter of said Section 5, thence South 87
7    degrees 29 minutes 11 seconds West along the south line of
8    said Northeast Quarter a distance of 352.57 feet, more or
9    less, to a point 150.00 feet normally distant southeasterly
10    of the former Survey Line of FAP Route 406; thence North 17
11    degrees 21 minutes 58 seconds East a distance of 1,111.80
12    feet, more or less, to a point 150.00 feet normally distant
13    southeasterly of said Survey Line, said point being on the

9    A part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 14, Township 27
10    North, Range 2 West of the Third Principal Meridian,
11    Woodford County, State of Illinois, being more
12    particularly described as follows:
13    Commencing at a set Department of Highways brass disk
14    marking the southeast corner of the Southwest Quarter of
15    said Section 14 said corner being shown as Monument Record
16    Number 1005380 and being recorded in the Woodford County
17    Recorder's office, said point being 0.07 feet normally
18    distant northerly of the centerline of SBI Route 116 (IL
19    116); thence North 01 degree 04 minutes 20 seconds West
20    along the east line of the Southwest Quarter of said
21    Section 14, 60.07 feet to a point being 60.00 feet normally
22    distant northerly of said centerline, said point being on
23    the northerly existing right of way and access control line

9    Section 25. Upon the payment of the sum of $4,900 to the
10State of Illinois, and subject to the conditions set forth
11Section 900 of this Act, the easement for highway purposes
12acquired by the People of the State of Illinois is released

21    Vermilion County Recorder's Office, more particularly
22    described as follows:

20    Route 12 and Maple Street; thence, North 89 degrees 19
21    minutes 18 seconds West, All bearings are referenced to the
22    Illinois State Plane Coordinate System East Zone Datum of
23    1983, along the Survey Centerline of F.A. Route 12, a

6    From said Point of Beginning; thence, South 89 degrees 19
7    minutes 18 seconds East, along the north right of way line
8    of said F.A. Route 12, a distance of 117.73 feet, to an
9    iron pin; thence, North 45 degrees 45 minutes 05 seconds
10    East, continuing along the north right of way line, of said
11    F.A. Route 12, a distance of 141.54 feet, to the Point of
12    Terminus of said Line, being an iron pin;
 
13    Said Parcel 800XC67 contains 259.27 linear feet, more or
14    less.
 
15    Section 900. The Secretary of Transportation shall obtain a
16certified copy of the portion of this Act containing the title,
17enacting clause, the effective date, the appropriate Section
18containing the land description of the property to be
19transferred or otherwise affected under this Act within 69 days
20after its effective date and, upon receipt of payment required
21by the Section shall record the certified document in the
22Recorder's Office in the county in which the land is located.
 
23    Section 999. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
