    Amends the Charitable Trust Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the applicability of the Act.

1     AN ACT concerning civil law.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Charitable Trust Act is amended by changing
5 Section 13 as follows:

6     (760 ILCS 55/13)  (from Ch. 14, par. 63)
7     Sec. 13. This Act shall apply regardless of any ~~any~~
8 contrary provisions of any instrument.
