HOUSE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of Representatives are pleased to congratulate Cindy Blaski on being named the Woman of the Year by the Bloomingdale Area Women in Business; and

WHEREAS, The Bloomingdale Area Women in Business, at their annual Georgene Geils "Woman of the Year" Award dinner, will present Cindy Blaski, of Allegra Marketing Print Mail of Glendale Heights the Woman of the Year award; and

WHEREAS, She is honored as a woman who has positively impacted the community through her leadership in business and her commitment to the community; she is a person of the highest integrity, and one who puts others first; she clearly deserves the award and lives the mission of the Bloomingdale Area Women in Business as she strives to empower, embrace and equip women with the knowledge and resources to achieve their personal goals and their professional potential; and she is a true mentor; and

WHEREAS, In addition, she is Section Supervisor at Willow Creek Community Church and a Volunteer Ministry Leader of the HighRoad Riders Motorcycle Group; she is also spearheading a veteran's group at the church; and

WHEREAS, Cindy Blaski is affiliated with the Bloomingdale Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, the Bloomingdale Area Women in Business Steering Committee, the Carol Stream Chamber of Commerce, the Glendale Heights Chamber of Commerce, the National Day of Prayer Community Prayer Breakfast Committee, and the Five Star Business Expo; and

WHEREAS, She will be honored at the Georgene Geils "Woman of the Year" Award dinner on February 28, 2012; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we congratulate Cindy Blaski on receiving the Woman of the Year award from the Bloomingdale Area Women in Business and wish her the best in all her future endeavors; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to Cindy Blaski as a symbol of our respect and esteem.
