HOUSE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of Representatives are pleased to congratulate Orley O. Betcher, III, of Homer Glen, on his 50th birthday; and

WHEREAS, Orley Betcher, III was born on December 17, 1961; and

WHEREAS, He is a graduate of Oak Lawn High School; and

WHEREAS, Orley Betcher, III is the inventor of the Sure Alert, a device for people with disabilities; the device provides a disabled person with the means to alert help in a time of distress and notify someone that they need immediate medical assistance; and

WHEREAS, He is also the founder and owner of Midwest Lawn Care since 1990; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we congratulate Orley Betcher, III on his birthday celebration and wish him the best for years to come; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to Orley Betcher, III as a symbol of our respect and esteem.
