HOUSE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of Representatives are pleased to congratulate the Quincy Notre Dame High School Boys Soccer Team, the Raiders, on winning the Illinois High School Association State Championship; and

WHEREAS, The Raiders won against Lisle on October 29, 2011; their final record was 20 wins, 6 losses, and 2 ties; and

WHEREAS, The Head Coach of the Raiders is Greg Reis; the Assistant Coaches are Chris George and Dave White; the Athletic Trainer is Patrick Kistner; and the Captains are Luke Mayfield, Andrew Allen, and Alex Rinella; and

WHEREAS, The Principal of Notre Dame High School is Ray Heilmann; the Athletic Director is Bill Connell; and

WHEREAS, The members of the team are: Mark Anderson, Zeke Little, Andrew Allen, Brendan Smith, Keegan McDonald, Luke Mayfield, Parker Reis, Austin Keck, Jay Goodwin, Connor Reis, Drew Ellerman, Jacob Murphy, Aiden McDonell, Tucker Reid, Nathan Dreyer, Damien Ehrhardt, Taylor Reis, Denver Bradley, Blake Rupp, Tyler Reid, Jason Darnell, Adam Riggs, Alex Rinella, and Jordan Zanger; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we congratulate the Raiders Soccer Team on a successful season and their State Championship; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the Raiders Soccer Team as a symbol of our respect and esteem.
