    Amends the Illinois Grant Funds Recovery Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning finance.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Illinois Grant Funds Recovery Act is amended
5 by changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (30 ILCS 705/1)  (from Ch. 127, par. 2301)
7     Sec. 1. Short Title. This Act may be cited as the ~~the~~
8 "Illinois Grant Funds Recovery Act".
