    Amends the Agricultural Fair Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning rules.

1     AN ACT concerning finance.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Agricultural Fair Act is amended by changing
5 Section 4 as follows:

6     (30 ILCS 120/4)  (from Ch. 85, par. 654)
7     Sec. 4. The~~The~~ Department has the power to make rules and
8 regulations as may be necessary in order to carry out the
9 provisions of this Act. The provisions of the rules and
10 regulations shall not be inconsistent with the provisions of
11 this Act.
