30 ILCS 768/Act rep.

Amends the Park and Recreational Facility Construction Act. Repeals the Act. Effective immediately.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Park and Recreational Facility Construction Act is repealed.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
