SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 2

SECOND SPECIAL SESSION

    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL 
4
ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, AT THE SECOND SPECIAL 
5
SESSION THEREOF, that the President appoint a committee of five 
6
to wait upon his Excellency, the Governor, and inform him that 
7
the Second Special Session of the Ninety-Sixth General Assembly 
8
is now duly in session in pursuance of their proclamation, and 
9
