410 ILCS 110/1

Amends the Stem Cell Research and Human Cloning Prohibition Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

AN ACT concerning health.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Stem Cell Research and Human Cloning Prohibition Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Stem Cell Research and Human Cloning Prohibition Act.
