SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

405 ILCS 90/1

Amends the Health Care Workplace Violence Prevention Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning health.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Health Care Workplace Violence Prevention Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Health Care Workplace Violence Prevention Act.
