Amends the Chicago School District Article of the School Code. Adds a Section concerning recess. Contains only a caption.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The School Code is amended by adding Section 34-18.37 as follows:

(105 ILCS 5/34-18.37 new)

Sec. 34-18.37. Recess required in elementary school.
