SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

220 ILCS 5/19-100

Amends the Alternative Gas Supplier Law in the Public Utilities Act. Makes a technical change in the short title Section.

AN ACT concerning regulation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Public Utilities Act is amended by changing Section 19-100 as follows:

(220 ILCS 5/19-100)

Sec. 19-100. Short title. This Article may be cited as the the Alternative Gas Supplier Law.
