    Repeals the Video Gaming Act. Effective immediately.

1     AN ACT concerning gaming.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     (230 ILCS 40/Act rep.)
5     Section 5. The Video Gaming Act is repealed.

6     Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
7 becoming law.
