Amends the State Mandates Act; makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title. Amends the Nursing Home Care Act; makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning regulation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The State Mandates Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

(30 ILCS 805/1) (from Ch. 85, par. 2201)

Sec. 1. Short Title. This Act may be cited as the the State Mandates Act.

Section 10. The Nursing Home Care Act is amended by changing Section 1-101 as follows:

(210 ILCS 45/1-101) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 4151-101)

Sec. 1-101. This Act shall be known and may be cited as the the Nursing Home Care Act.
