305 ILCS 5/5-10

from Ch. 23, par. 5-10

Amends the Illinois Public Aid Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning Medicaid recipients' entitlement to certain social services.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning public aid.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Illinois Public Aid Code is amended by changing Section 5-10 as follows:

(305 ILCS 5/5-10) (from Ch. 23, par. 5-10)

Sec. 5-10. Entitlement to Social Services. Persons receiving medical assistance shall be entitled to receive, under Article IX and and the Illinois Act on the Aging, such rehabilitative, training or other social services as are appropriate to their condition.
