SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

210 ILCS 34/3-1

Amends the Illinois Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning regulation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Illinois Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics Act is amended by changing Section 3-1 as follows:

(210 ILCS 34/3-1)

Sec. 3-1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Illinois Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics Act.
