SIXTEENTH SPECIAL SESSION

    RESOLVED, that the Clerk inform the Senate that a majority

of the House of Representatives has assembled, pursuant to the 
5
proclamation of the Governor, convening a Sixteenth Special 
6
Session of the General Assembly, and are now ready for the 
7
