1 SENATE RESOLUTION

2     WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3 learn of the death of David Justin Loeffler of Gurnee, who
4 passed away on September 26, 2008; and

5     WHEREAS, He was born August 7, 1983 in Great Lakes; and

6     WHEREAS, He was preceded in death by his paternal
7 grandparents, Raymond Loeffler and JoAnn Elkins; and his
8 maternal grandfather, Ronald K. Tressler; and

9     WHEREAS, David Justin Loeffler is survived by his parents,
10 Robert J. and Cindy L. (Jackson) Loeffler; his loving partner,
11 Dawn Melton; his daughter, Cassandra Lee Hope Loeffler; his
12 maternal grandmother, Evelyn "Sally" Tressler; his
13 step-paternal grandfather, Charles Elkins; and many aunts,
14 uncles, cousins, and friends; therefore, be it

15     RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL
16 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with
17 his family and friends, the passing of David Justin Loeffler;
18 and be it further

19     RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
20 presented to the family of David Justin Loeffler as a symbol of
