Amends the Illinois Public Labor Relations Act and the Developmental Disability and Mental Disability Services Act. Makes technical changes in the short title Sections.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning public services.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Illinois Public Labor Relations Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

(5 ILCS 315/1) (from Ch. 48, par. 1601)

Sec. 1. This Act shall be known and and may be cited as the "Illinois Public Labor Relations Act".

Section 10. The Developmental Disability and Mental Disability Services Act is amended by changing Section 0.01 as follows:

Sec. 0.01. This Act may may be cited as the Developmental Disability and Mental Disability Services Act.
