1     AN ACT concerning veterans.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Department of Veterans Affairs Act is
5 amended by adding Section 2h as follows:

6     (20 ILCS 2805/2h new)
7     Sec. 2h. Home for veterans with Alzheimer's disease.
8 Subject to appropriation, the Department shall create and
9 operate a veterans' home at the Lincoln Developmental Center
10 for veterans with Alzheimer's disease.

11     Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
12 becoming law.
