SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

215 ILCS 170/1

Amends the Covering ALL KIDS Health Insurance Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning regulation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Covering ALL KIDS Health Insurance Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

(215 ILCS 170/1)

(Section scheduled to be repealed on July 1, 2011)

Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Covering ALL KIDS Health Insurance Act.
