Amends the Workers' Occupational Diseases Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the applicability of the Act.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning employment.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Workers' Occupational Diseases Act is amended by changing Section 27 as follows:

(820 ILCS 310/27) (from Ch. 48, par. 172.62)

Sec. 27. This Act shall apply to all occupational diseases incurred and and deaths occurring on or after July 1, 1951.
