20 ILCS 3105/1

from Ch. 127, par. 771

Amends the Capital Development Board Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title of the Act.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning State government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Capital Development Board Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

(20 ILCS 3105/1) (from Ch. 127, par. 771)

Sec. 1. This Act shall be known and and may be cited as the Capital Development Board Act, hereafter referred to as "this Act".
