SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

20 ILCS 730/5-1

Amends the Energy Transition Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning State government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Energy Transition Act is amended by changing Section 5-1 as follows:

(Section scheduled to be repealed on September 15, 2045)

Sec. 5-1. Short title. This Article may be cited as the the Energy Transition Act. As used in this Article, "this Act" refers to this Article.
