50 ILCS 840/1   was 50 ILCS 835/1
    Amends the Small Wireless Facilities Deployment Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning local government.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Small Wireless Facilities Deployment Act is
5 amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (50 ILCS 840/1)  (was 50 ILCS 835/1)
7     (Section scheduled to be repealed on December 31, 2024)
8     Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the ~~the~~ Small
9 Wireless Facilities Deployment Act.
