    Amends the Illinois Community Reinvestment Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning regulation.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Illinois Community Reinvestment Act is
5 amended by changing Section 35-1 as follows:

6     (205 ILCS 735/35-1)
7     Sec. 35-1. Short title. This Article may be cited as the
8 ~~the~~ Illinois Community Reinvestment Act. References in this
9 Article to "this Act" mean this Article.
