Amends the Voluntary Payroll Deductions Act of 1983. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Voluntary Payroll Deductions Act of 1983 is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

(5 ILCS 340/1) (from Ch. 15, par. 501)

Sec. 1. This Act shall be known and and may be cited as the "Voluntary Payroll Deductions Act of 1983".
