SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

220 ILCS 5/21-100

Amends the Cable and Video Competition Law of 2007 in the Public Utilities Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title of the Article.

AN ACT concerning regulation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Public Utilities Act is amended by changing Section 21-100 as follows:

(Section scheduled to be repealed on December 31, 2020)

Sec. 21-100. Short title. This Article may be cited as the the Cable and Video Competition Law of 2007.
