Amends the Cook County Forest Preserve District Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the application of the Act.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning local government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Cook County Forest Preserve District Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

(70 ILCS 810/1) (from Ch. 96 1/2, par. 6401)

Sec. 1. This This Act shall apply only to forest preserve districts lying wholly within counties having a population of 3,000,000 or more.
