| AN ACT concerning the University of Illinois.

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
| 3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 |
| Section 5. Upon the payment of the sum of $1 to the |
| 5 |
| University of Illinois, the Board of Trustees of the University |
| 6 |
| of Illinois is authorized to convey by quitclaim deed all |
| 7 |
| rights, title, and interest in and to the following described |
| 8 |
| land in Cook County, Illinois, to the City of Chicago:

| Section 10. The Board of Trustees of the University of |

| Illinois shall obtain a certified copy of this Act within 60 |
| 22 |
| days after its effective date and, upon receipt of the payment |
| 23 |
| required by Section 5 of this Act, shall record the certified |
| 24 |
| document in the Recorder's Office of Cook County, Illinois.
|
| 25 |
| Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
| 26 |
| becoming law.
