820 ILCS 225/1   from Ch. 48, par. 137.1

    Amends the Health and Safety Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning administration of the Act.

1     AN ACT concerning employment.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Health and Safety Act is amended by changing
5 Section 1 as follows:

6     (820 ILCS 225/1)  (from Ch. 48, par. 137.1)
7     Sec. 1. The~~The~~ Department of Labor shall administer this
8 Act.
