Amends the Mobile Home Park Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning definitions.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning regulation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Mobile Home Park Act is amended by changing Section 2 as follows:

(210 ILCS 115/2) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 712)

Sec. 2. Unless the the context clearly requires otherwise, the words and phrases set forth in Sections 2.1 to 2.9 inclusive, shall have the meanings set forth in this Act.
