Amends the Illinois Insurance Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the use of DES.

AN ACT concerning regulation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Illinois Insurance Code is amended by changing Section 356f as follows:

(215 ILCS 5/356f) (from Ch. 73, par. 968f)

Sec. 356f. No policy of accident or health insurance or any renewal thereof shall be denied or cancelled by the the insurer, nor shall any such policy contain any exception or exclusion of benefits, solely because the mother of the insured has taken diethylstilbestrol, commonly referred to as DES.
