SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

410 ILCS 100/1

Amends the Reduction of Racial and Ethnic Health Disparities Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning health.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Reduction of Racial and Ethnic Health Disparities Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

(410 ILCS 100/1)

Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Reduction of Racial and Ethnic Health Disparities Act.
