760 ILCS 51/1

Amends the Uniform Prudent Management of Institutional Funds Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning civil law.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Uniform Prudent Management of Institutional Funds Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Uniform Prudent Management of Institutional Funds Act.
