| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

The Department of Transportation shall obtain | 2 | | a certified copy of the portions of this Act containing the | 3 | | title, the enacting clause, the effective date, the | 4 | | appropriate Section or Sections containing the land | 5 | | descriptions of the property to be conveyed, and this Section | 6 | | within 60 days after its effective date and, upon receipt of | 7 | | the payment required by the Section or Sections, if any | 8 | | payment is required, shall record the certified document in | 9 | | the Recorder's Office in the county in which the land is | 10 | | located.
| 11 | | Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon | 12 | | becoming law.
