    Amends the Senior Citizens Real Estate Tax Deferral Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning aging.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Senior Citizens Real Estate Tax Deferral
5 Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (320 ILCS 30/1)  (from Ch. 67 1/2, par. 451)
7     Sec. 1. This Act shall be known and~~and~~may be cited as the
8 "Senior Citizens Real Estate Tax Deferral Act".
