20 ILCS 3005/2.4

from Ch. 127, par. 412.4

Amends the Governor's Office of Management and Budget Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning intergovernmental cooperation.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning State government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Governor's Office of Management and Budget Act is amended by changing Section 2.4 as follows:

(20 ILCS 3005/2.4) (from Ch. 127, par. 412.4)

Sec. 2.4. To advise and and assist the Governor in the development of policies, plans and programs for improving intergovernmental cooperation and coordinating Federal, State and local fiscal relationships.
