50 ILCS 712/1

Amends the Law Enforcement Officer Bulletproof Vest Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning local government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Law Enforcement Officer Bulletproof Vest Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Law Enforcement Officer Bulletproof Vest Act.
