SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the State of Illinois were saddened to learn of the death of Anna Zawislak of West Lawn; and

WHEREAS, Mrs. Zawislak was a packer for a personal products company; and

WHEREAS, She was a member of the St. Mary Star of the Sea Altar and Rosary Society, and the Widowed Stars; and

WHEREAS, The passing of Anna Zawislak will be deeply felt by many, especially her sons, John and Adam "Mick" (Laurie Engels) Zawislak; her daughter, Rosemary (James) Moseley; her grandchildren, Lisa Cooksey and Laura Pilafas; her great-granchildren, Samantha King and Alex Tyler; and her many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends; and

WHEREAS, She was preceded in death by her husband, John; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-THIRD GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Anna Zawislak along with all who knew and loved her and extend our sincere condolences to her family and friends; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Anna Zawislak as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
