1 SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION

2 RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-THIRD GENERAL
3 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
4 CONCURRING HEREIN, that the Commission on Opportunity in State
5 Public Construction, created by Senate Joint Resolution 36 of
6 the 93rd General Assembly, shall deliver its report to the
7 Governor and the General Assembly by January 12, 2005 (rather
8 than June 30, 2004 as provided in Senate Joint Resolution 36);
9 and be it further

10 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
11 delivered to the Governor, the Attorney General, the Director
12 of the Capital Development Board, and the Secretary of
13 Transportation.
