 6        WHEREAS, The State  Board  of  Education  has  filed  its
 7    Report  on  Waiver  of  School Code Mandates, dated April 30,
 8    2003, with the Senate, the House of Representatives, and  the
 9    Secretary of State of Illinois as required by Section 2-3.25g
10    of the School Code; therefore, be it

11        RESOLVED,  BY  THE  SENATE  OF  THE  NINETY-THIRD GENERAL
12    ASSEMBLY  OF  THE   STATE   OF   ILLINOIS,   THE   HOUSE   OF
13    REPRESENTATIVES  CONCURRING  HEREIN,  that each of the school
14    district waiver requests identified below by school  district
15    name  and  by  the identifying number and subject area of the
16    waiver request as summarized in the report filed by the State
17    Board of Education is disapproved:
