 1        AN ACT to amend the Election Code.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.  The Election  Code  is  amended  by  changing
 5    Section 4-8.02 as follows:

 6        (10 ILCS 5/4-8.02) (from Ch. 46, par. 4-8.02)
 7        Sec.  4-8.02.  Upon  the  issuance  of a disabled voter's
 8    identification card  as  provided  in  Section  19-12.1,  the
 9    county  clerk  shall  cause  the identification number of the
10    such card to be clearly noted on all the  registration  cards
11    of that such voter.
