 1        AN ACT in relation to sports facilities.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section  5.  The Illinois Sports Facilities Authority Act
 5    is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

 6        (70 ILCS 3205/1) (from Ch. 85, par. 6001)
 7        Sec. 1.  Short title title. This Act may be cited as  the
 8    Illinois Sports Facilities Authority Act.
