 1        AN ACT concerning budgeting.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section  5.   The  Bureau of the Budget Act is amended by
 5    changing Section 2.4 as follows:

 6        (20 ILCS 3005/2.4) (from Ch. 127, par. 412.4)
 7        Sec. 2.4. Intergovernmental cooperation.  To  advise  and
 8    assist  the  Governor  in the development of policies, plans,
 9    and programs for improving intergovernmental cooperation  and
10    coordinating Federal, State, and local fiscal relationships.
