 1        AN ACT regarding schools.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section  5.   The  School  Construction Law is amended by
 5    changing Section 5-40 as follows:

 6        (105 ILCS 230/5-40)
 7        Sec. 5-40.  Supervision of school construction  projects.
 8    The   Capital   Development   Board  shall  exercise  general
 9    supervision  over  school  construction   projects   financed
10    pursuant to this Article.
