 1        AN ACT regarding schools.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.   The  School  Code  is  amended  by  changing
 5    Section 3-5 as follows:

 6        (105 ILCS 5/3-5) (from Ch. 122, par. 3-5)
 7        Sec.   3-5.  Report   of   official   acts.   The  county
 8    superintendent shall present under oath or affirmation to the
 9    county board at  its  meeting  in  September  and  as  nearly
10    quarterly  thereafter  as  it  may  have  regular  or special
11    meetings, a report of all  of  his  or  her  acts  as  county
12    superintendent,  including  a list of all the schools visited
13    with the dates of visitation.
