 1        AN ACT with regard to education.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.   The  School  Code  is  amended  by  changing
 5    Section 28-2 as follows:

 6        (105 ILCS 5/28-2) (from Ch. 122, par. 28-2)
 7        Sec. 28-2.  Approval of bond-Duration.  The bond required
 8    by  Section  28--1  shall be approved by the Attorney General
 9    and shall continue in force for 5 years after its filing,  at
10    or  before the expiration of which period a new bond shall be
11    given or the right to continue business within this the State
12    shall be forfeited.
