 1        AN ACT in relation to education.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section  5.  The  Public Community College Act is amended
 5    by changing Section 2-6 as follows:

 6        (110 ILCS 805/2-6) (from Ch. 122, par. 102-6)
 7        Sec. 2-6.  Executive officer; employees.   In  accordance
 8    with   the   provisions  of  "An  Act  to  create  the  State
 9    Universities Civil Service System," approved May 11, 1905, as
10    now or hereafter amended, the Board shall employ and fix  the
11    compensation of an executive officer and such employees as it
12    deems necessary for the purposes of this Act.
